SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch Time

Everything on the website is actual physical stock that is ready to ship to you, unless stated otherwise such as backorder items which will be freshly made for you as the existing stock is sold out.

We may offer you pre-order items for latest releases, these are products that have not yet been fully stocked but in order to gauge popularity will be available to reserve before they are made. 
Please see the details on the product pages for specific estimated arrival times for these.

 

Please allow up to 5 working days for in stock items to dispatch and up to 14 for backordered items due to restocking supplies.

 

Your order will be shipped standard with Evri, who aim for 2-3 days from posting to arrival of your parcel.

Shipping upgrades are available at the checkout which may incur additional costs.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over £50 (excluding any coupons or vouchers) will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard Second Class free of charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, please message me at spookyboosnd@gmail.com as soon as possible within the first 24 hours after your order was placed. I aim to dispatch your orders as soon as I can so after this period it may be too late to cancel your purchase, but I will do all I can to work out the best solution with you if this is the case.

 

Returning an Order

If you have changed your mind about an item you have received and would like to return it, please message spookyboosnd@gmil.com within 30 days of your purchase.

You will be required to pay postage for unwanted/unused items returned.

 

Pease ensure the item is unused, all original packaging is present and any promotional items are complete and in a re-sellable condition. Once received I can then process the refund for you.

 

Faulty or Unsatisfactory Products

If, for any reason at all you are unhappy with your purchase or a product has arrived damaged, please message spookyboosnd@gmail.com and I will do my absolute best to resolve the issue in the best way that suits you.

 

In the case of you being asked to return the item to me via post, I will refund you the full cost of the shipping.
